What You’ll Learn in This Class

Happy New Year 2026, SHAPE Group!

One of the things I’ve noticed is that some—or even most—of you, at one time or another, tend to live only in “what is safe” in order to avoid the inevitable truth that change is sorely needed in some important areas of your life (job, relationship, emotional space, and more). And you’ve known this for a while now. The problem is that some of you are highly resistant to certain changes because they feel like a threat to the “status quo” in your life—yet you’re unhappy when that same status quo stays the same, because deep down you know change is needed.

Yes, a brand-new year is here, and if I have my numerology right, 2026 = 1. This year is a “One Year,” which means it is the perfect time for exciting new beginnings—including looking at and breaking old patterns and dead ends that have held you back for so very long. This is a time to turn inward and remember who you are, and that miracles are not only real but within reach if you choose to take the steps that are so desperately needed.

I will likely cover a bit on mock-ups in this class, and I’ll be teaching that more deeply in the beginner’s class next week (Jan. 10). This will truly be an advanced class on changing your energy and viewpoint so you can begin shifting into the uplifted life of your dreams—if you choose it—with practice, consistency, courage, and commitment. For 42 years, Raphaelle Tamura, a renowned clairvoyant, spiritual healer, and teacher has been helping clients throughout the world.
