What You’ll Learn in This Class

It’s always exciting to realize that whenever you lay your body down to sleep, your beingness—or spirit within—is still awake and has a life of its own on the Astral Plane! During that time, you may send information back to your body about what you're doing, allowing you to remember some of it in the form of clear dreams, symbolic imagery, or simply a deep “knowing.”

In this class, I’ll talk about how to enhance this experience and become more aware while you're on the astral. You'll also learn how to better interpret what comes through when you wake up in the morning. I’ll introduce you to the energetic form you travel in while out of your physical body, known as your Astral Body.
