What You’ll Learn in This Class

The Winter and Christmas holidays can be a fun and joyous time for some, but for others, not so much. In fact, they can even be quite challenging at times—even for those who truly love the holidays! Much of this has to do with the many stresses that come with the season: family dynamics, travel, social gatherings, and the gift-giving tradition, which can strain finances. All of these pressures can sometimes bring about feelings of depression during this time of year.

That’s why this year I thought it would be wonderful to offer a class for anyone who would like to shift the energy of the holiday season into a much higher frequency of joy and “havingness” (the ability to fully receive and embrace what you are here to have). When you understand that everything is energy, you also learn that energy can be changed for the better—and that shift can directly and positively affect your life.
